High temperature HEPA filter is an air filter that can withstand temperatures up to 250°C. It uses stainless steel as the frame and glass fiber filter paper as the filter material. Widely used in the spraying industry, oven, chemical, ultrasonic industry and other high temperature purification sites.

Red silicon gasket & metal mesh
Organic red silicon gasket and silicon sealant help achieve perfect air-tight in high temperature conditions.
The metal mesh placed on both inlet and outlet side protects filter media from damage.
Stainless steel frame and aluminum spacer
The stainless steel 201 or 304 frame can withstand a high temperature, also it is quite strong to make sure the HEPA filter is robust and stable.
Glassfiber filter media are separated by a corrugated aluminum spacer to form tunnels that airflow passes through.
Mainly for food & pharma industrial
the high temperature HEPA filter is mainly applied in the food and pharma industries, that application required an ultra-clean oven to dry air and also needs a HEPA filter to purify the air.
Special design for chemical/formaldehyde factory
In the production of formaldehyde, high temperature filters are required. However, the use of unsuitable materials ( Silicone sealant ) can lead to the failure of the catalyst required for production. Our special sealing material can effectively solve this problem.
Silicone free design high temperature HEPA filter
In some special industries such as semiconductors, silicon filters are not allowed. Our special silicone-free series can be used in the above places.

the high-temperature HEPA filter is especially for pharmaceutical, chemical, and ultrasonic, micron-electronics industries. The special silicone seal material can beat this high temperature and keep good performance airtight. the organic silicone keeps safe during high temp and won`t release other/dangerous elements.
Cleanliness level & application
This is similar to the normal temp HEPA Filter, which achieves an efficiency rating of H13 99.97% @ 0.3micron and H14 99.995% @ 0.3 microns. the cleanliness level makes sure those high temperature filters can be used for pharma, chemical, laboratories, oven, high temp painting spray and so on.
Different efficiencies can be achieved by using special fiberglass materials. Each High-temperature HEPA filter is tested by smoke to ensure that the filter is not leaking. Packed in plastic bags to prevent long-term storage from being oxidized. A single filter is packed in a carton and then secured with wooden boxes to ensure safety during transport.
Installation and Usage
Do not use any sharp objects to touch the fragile glass filter. Do not touch the glass filter material with your hand while carrying the filter.
During usage, do not raise the temperature above 250°C in a short time directly. The best way to increase the temperature is to add 50°C per hour. Finally stabilized to between 200°C and 250°C. In order to ensure the service life, it is necessary to add a primary filter, glass fiber primary air filter can be used to collect large particles of dust to enlarge high temperature HEPA filter service life.
